Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

At She Wears India, we strive to provide you with high-quality clothing and an exceptional shopping experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges. Please read our policy carefully:

Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Returns will only be accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We do not accept returns for change of mind, size issues, or customized orders.
• Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only, which can be used for future purchases.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested article is unavailable, we will offer store credit for the value of the item.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items
• Customized or made-to-order products

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at shewearsindia2025@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. Attach clear images of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect).
3. Once  approved, we will provide the return address.
4. Ship the product back to us within 7 days of approval.
5. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your exchange or issue store credit.

Additional Information

• We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
• If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
• Store credit issued is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
